Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers, a leader in evidence-based care for OCD, anxiety, and trauma, seeks an Admissions Specialist. You will communicate effectively with clients and professionals, guide prospective clients through admissions, and maintain relationships to drive referrals.

You will work with CRM/EMR systems, enter data accurately, and coordinate intake appointments with therapists, while upholding our values and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, sales, or related field or 2 years of related sales/marketing experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience or account management.
• Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and deliver customer service.
• Proficient with CRM and EMR software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to explain OCD Anxiety Centers services to clients.
• Maintain and grow client relationships by applying admissions skills.
• Respond to inquiries knowledgeably and empathetically within 24 hours.
• Schedule prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments.
• Follow up to maintain conversion rates and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Enter data accurately into CRM and other platforms before the end of the work day.
• Help clients navigate barriers and assist them into programs.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
