Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounts receivable experience required.

• Proficient in Excel and basic accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Post daily accounts receivable payments in Sage.
• Process customer credit card payments and journal entries.
• Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements.
• Monitor outstanding A/R balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Contact customers regarding collections via email and phone, including issuing demand letters.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Provide invoice copies and process customer lien releases.
• Prepare credit memos as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with general administrative duties.
