Job summary

Gene's Chrysler Center AK in Alaska is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role emphasizes accuracy with customer accounts and financial data; training is available if needed.

You will post payments, generate statements, monitor balances, and collaborate with teams to ensure correct billing. The position offers a mid-day schedule (approx. 9:00am–3:00pm) and a part-time workload of 25–30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or bookkeeping suggested, but not required.

Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with financial data and customer accounts. Experience is not required but helpful. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post customer payments (check/credit card/cash) on accounts, as well as daily customers from service and parts.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time (approx. 25-30 hours)
• Mid-Day Schedule (9:00am - 3:00pm) We are willing to work around school pick up and drop off times. And these hours can be slightly modified depending on circumstances.
• Work Week consists of Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays depending on coverage.
