Job summary

Amerisource Business Capital is seeking an organized Accounts Receivable Representative for a part-time role in Houston. Work four days a week, 25 hours, starting at 9am, in a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities include calling past-due accounts, maintaining call logs, handling invoices, and occasionally relieving the front desk during lunch breaks. Collections experience is a plus but not required.

• Excellent computer skills for MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Calling upon client accounts with past due amounts.
• Create follow-up call log and call upon those clients in a timely manner.
• Pull invoices, print, scan, and fax them to clients when necessary.
• Relieve the front desk receptionist during her lunch break. There is a rotation, so this isn’t an every day relief.
