Job summary

Judy Duran State Farm is seeking a friendly, part-time Account Assistant to be the first point of contact for our customers and keep the office running smoothly. This is a great entry point into the insurance industry, with potential licensing down the road; no license required to start, and bilingual is a plus but not required.

You will greet customers, answer calls, manage calendars, assist with policy documents and data entry, process routine service requests, keep CRM records up to date, and
