Judy Duran State Farm is seeking a friendly, part-time Account Assistant to be the first point of contact for our customers and keep the office running smoothly. This is a great entry point into the insurance industry, with potential licensing down the road; no license required to start, and bilingual is a plus but not required.

• Friendly, organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable on the phone and with basic computer/data-entry tasks.
• No insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer incoming calls with a warm, professional tone.
• Schedule appointments and manage the agent's calendar.
• Assist licensed agents with policy documentation, filing, and data entry.
• Help process routine service requests, payments, and endorsements under agent supervision.
• Keep the CRM and customer records accurate and up to date.
• Support light outreach tasks such as appointment reminders and follow-up calls.
• Provide a great first impression for every customer who calls or walks in.
