Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain access-control records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points and surrounding areas to identify hazards.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership while documenting daily activities.
