Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors following site-specific security procedures.
• Verify credentials and control access at designated entry points; maintain records.
• Respond calmly to alarms and incidents per site procedures; escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Document incidents and observations with clear communication to leadership.
