Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer, PT: Afternoon, to join our field team at multiple US sites, including Sidney, OH. You will handle worker registration, badging, parking, visitor and delivery management, and provide on-site support to ensure safety and smooth operations.

This role requires shift-based hours, a valid Guard Card, and strong customer-service skills. The position offers competitive pay, weekly payroll, and benefits as part of the field team.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing (licensing may be required by state)
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records
• Parking Management: issue and track parking passes
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries
• Customer & Worker Support: support access control, troubleshooting, and logs
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers
