Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time afternoon shifts in Sidney, OH. The role involves in-person management of worker registration, badging, and site access to ensure security and smooth operations on customer construction sites.

You will coordinate with site leadership, manage parking, visitors, and deliveries, and provide support for access control, reporting, and safety measures. A valid guard card and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain required licensing for access control.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and verify identity.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and counts maintained.
• Parking Management: issue passes and track parking access.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist on access control and logs.
• Ad hoc: support additional access control tasks as needed.
