Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer (Part Time, Day shift) to support on-site operations at construction sites in Avondale and surrounding areas. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor/delivery processes while ensuring safety and security standards are met.

Flex shifts and travel in the US may be required. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, tech-forward mindset

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-intensity customer service
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Detail-oriented with professionalism under pressure
• Able to follow SOPs in English
• Strong communication with customers and team

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and ensure site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers as needed.
