Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for full-time night shifts at our CMH 243 site in Sprigg Township, OH. You will oversee worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management, ensuring site security and smooth operations across multiple locations across the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments
• Able to follow SOPs in English
• Proactive and flexible to take on additional responsibilities
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Adaptable and able to solve complex challenges
• Strong teamwork and customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and verify identities.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcounts maintained.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries; create records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support customers with one-time and ongoing access control needs.
