Job summary

Sitemetric, based in Marysville, OH, is hiring for an Access Control Officer on a full-time day shift to support on-site security and operations at customer construction sites. You will handle worker registration, badging, and site access, coordinating with the client and Sitemetric team to uphold security requirements.

This field-based role requires in-person work at local sites, willingness to travel, and a valid Guard Card.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure that all personnel entering the site have their badges and are properly scanned to verify identity and maintain headcounts.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes to appropriate personnel and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document all visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide support in access control activities, troubleshooting, and logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with additional access control tasks as needed.
