Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for the night shift in Sandusky, OH. This field-based, on-site role involves working at one or more Sitemetric sites to manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor/delivery logging to ensure site security and efficiency.

You will coordinate with senior leadership, handle ad hoc access control tasks, and maintain professionalism under pressure while supporting customers and the Sitemetric team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic work environment.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and manage access control for everyone entering and leaving the site.
• Ensure badges are issued and scanned to verify identity.
• Manage parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Document visitors and deliveries with written logs for the customer.
• Provide support in all areas of access control and troubleshooting.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed.
