Job summary

Sitemetric LLC in Sandusky, OH is seeking an Access Control Officer for night shift on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for worker registration, badging, parking, visitor and delivery management, and on-site security support across customer construction sites.

The role requires in-person work, shift flexibility, and a valid Guard Card. You must pass drug screening and background checks and maintain professionalism under pressure to ensure safety and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environment.
• Follow detailed SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable and proactive.
• Willingness to take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure that all personnel have badges and are scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access control support including troubleshooting and logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks to support customers.
