Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, building communication, social, and daily living skills. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team in-home or clinic settings to provide compassionate, evidence-based support.

We offer paid training and cover the RBT exam cost, with opportunities for advancement, bilingual pay bonuses, and premium after 5 PM shifts. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Prior experience with children, especially ASD, is strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule and travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
