Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA, delivering tailored sessions, data collection, and ongoing parent updates.

Not yet certified? We offer paid training and cover the RBT exam costs to help you start quickly. Premium pay applies after 5 PM, with opportunities for advancement within a collaborative, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with children and ASD strongly preferred.
• Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or at clinics.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Conduct preference assessments and data collection using electronic tools (CentralReach).
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision from BCBA.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating).
