Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our growing team in the Fall River, MA area. This is a part-time, fee-for-service position with on-site responsibilities for implementing behavior support plans and ABA-based instruction under supervision.

The role involves data collection, reporting to the BCBA, and collaborating with families to achieve meaningful behavior change. Travel to the Fall River area and availability after school/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 24 months experience with developmental disabilities.
• Associates degree or higher in a relevant field with 12 months experience.
• RBT certification with 12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients' behavior support plans and provide ABA-based instruction.
• Monitor and collect data on client behavior and report to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with family and supervising BCBA to promote meaningful changes.

Education

Associate degree or higher in human/social/educational services or related to behavior management
