Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks a Behavior Technician to join our growing team in a part-time, fee-for-service role. You will implement behavior support plans and provide ABA-based instruction under supervision, with data collection and reporting to the BCBA.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and 24 months of relevant experience.
• An associate degree or higher in a related discipline with 12 months experience.
• RBT certification with 12 months experience.
• Must be 21+ and able to work after school/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior.
• Provide ABA-based instruction to promote development of new skills.
• Monitor client behavior and collect data.
• Report data to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with family to support meaningful changes in client behavior.
