Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Massachusetts. The role focuses on implementing ABA-based instruction and behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include data collection and reporting, coordinating with families, and supporting meaningful changes in client behavior. A flexible, part-time schedule is available, with summer revisions for Fridays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience with developmental disabilities.
• An associate degree or higher in a human, social, or educational services field is preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and 12 months of related experience are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients' behavior support plans to reduce problematic behavior and provide ABA-based instruction.
• Monitor client behavior, collect data, and report findings to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family to support meaningful behavior changes.
