Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Fall River, MA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to implement behavior support plans and provide ABA-based instruction to help clients develop new skills. The role works under the supervision of a BCBA and requires travel to the local area.

Responsibilities include data collection, regular reporting to the BCBA, and collaborating with families to support meaningful changes in behavior. The position is part-time with a fee-for-service structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 24 months experience with developmental disabilities.
• Associates degree or higher in a related discipline or related certification with 12 months experience.
• RBT certification with 12 months experience working with relevant populations.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior.
• Provide ABA-based instruction to develop new skills.
• Monitor client behavior and collect data, reporting to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with family and supervising BCBA to support meaningful behavior changes.
