Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team in a part-time, fee-for-service role in Massachusetts. The technician will implement behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and report findings while collaborating with families to promote skill development.

Responsibilities include monitoring client behavior, delivering ABA-based instruction, and communicating progress to the supervising BCBA and family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's- or high school-level qualifications required based on candidate path.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• RBT certification requires BACB credential and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement client behavior support plans to reduce problematic behavior.
• Collect and record data on client behavior for supervision review.
• Report data back to supervising BCBA and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with family to support meaningful behavior changes.
