Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Lowell, MA. This part-time, fee-for-service position focuses on implementing behavior support plans and ABA-based instruction under the direction of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include data collection, reporting to the BCBA, and collaboration with families to drive meaningful changes in client behavior. Must meet MA licensing requirements and be able to work after school and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and 24 months of experience with developmental disabilities or related populations.
• Associates degree or higher in a relevant field with 12 months experience preferred.
• RBT certification with 12 months experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients' behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior.
• Provide ABA-based instruction to promote skill development.
• Collect data on client behavior and report to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with family and BCBA to support meaningful changes in behavior.
