Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Supervisor to support ABA-based treatment programs for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, collect data, and help design individualized programs under clinical supervision.

Qualified candidates have BCAT or RBT credentials (or will obtain within 90 days), a bachelor’s with ABA units, or a relevant master’s degree, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential required or must be obtained within 90 days
• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year experience OR a bachelor’s with 2 years’ experience OR a master’s with relevant experience
• Experience in designing/implementing behavior modification interventions
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance and English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Represent CARD professionally to internal and external stakeholders
• Supervise cases and Behavior Technicians under the CARD Clinical Supervisor
• Provide clinical feedback during training, data review, and meetings
• Report patient progress and assist with action plans for challenging behaviors
• Conduct caregiver collaboration meetings and assist with FBAs and BIPs
• Assist with SKILLS accounts, reports, and training new staff
• Provide direct treatment to patients as needed while maintaining HIPAA compliance
