Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Assistant Supervisor PT to deliver CARD treatment programs under supervision. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, collect data, and support clinical supervisors across center, home, and community settings, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential must be obtained within 90 days from start date.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year experience OR a bachelor’s with 2 years’ experience OR a master’s with relevant experience.
• Experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification interventions.

Responsibilities

• Represent CARD professionally to stakeholders.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians under CARD Clinical Supervisor.
• Provide clinical feedback during training, meetings, and data review.
• Report progress to Clinical Supervisors and assist with action plans.
• Conduct caregiver collaboration meetings and participate in training.
