Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks a part-time Assistant Supervisor PT to implement CARD treatment programs for patients with Autism Spectrum Disorders. You’ll supervise Behavior Technicians under a Clinical Supervisor and work on-site at CARD centers, patient homes, or community settings.

Requirements include BCAT or RBT within 90 days, relevant ABA education/experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential within 90 days from start date
• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year experience or 2 years’ experience with bachelor’s degree or Master’s with relevant experience
• Experience in designing or implementing behavior modification interventions
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• English proficiency in speaking and writing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to train others effectively and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Represent CARD professionally and ethically to stakeholders
• Provide supervision of Behavior Technicians under CARD Supervisor
• Offer clinical feedback through training, meetings, and data review
• Report progress to Clinical Supervisors and assist with action plans
• Conduct caregiver collaboration meetings and assist with FBAs and BIPs
• Assist with clinical tasks and training materials, lesson notes, and updates
• Meet performance goals for case quality and administrative duties
• Provide direct treatment when needed
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all settings
• Attend required trainings and meetings
• Other duties as assigned
