Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a part-time Assistant Supervisor to deliver and supervise ABA treatment for individuals with autism. You will work onsite at CARD locations, patient homes, and community settings under clinical supervision.

The role involves supervising Behavior Technicians, collecting data, updating individualized programs, and assisting with administrative tasks while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential required (within 90 days)
• Bachelor’s Degree with ABA coursework OR 2 years’ experience OR Master’s degree with relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to train others and work collaboratively with team members

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide direct therapy to patients under CARD Clinical Supervisor
• Oversee delivery of ABA procedures and data collection
• Assist with program updates, lesson notes, and materials
• Conduct caregiver collaboration meetings and participate in trainings
• Ensure HIPAA compliance across all settings
• Attend trainings and meetings as required
• Provide direct treatment as needed
• Set performance goals for case quality and admin duties
