Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking a part-time Assistant Supervisor to deliver mid-level supervision and direct ABA therapy for individuals with autism. You will work onsite at CARD locations, including Chandler, AZ, supervise Behavior Technicians, assist with data collection, and help implement individualized treatment programs under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor.

HIPAA compliance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year experience OR bachelor’s with 2 years’ experience OR master’s degree with relevant experience.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance, as necessary.
• English proficiency, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Represent CARD professionally and ethically to stakeholders.
• Provide supervision of cases and Behavior Technicians.
• Provide clinical feedback through training, meetings, data review.
• Assist with data collection, progress reports and action plans.
