Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a part-time Assistant Supervisor to implement CARD ABA treatment programs onsite with patients across clinic, home, and community settings. Under clinical supervision, you will supervise Behavior Technicians, collect data, contribute to program design, and assist with administrative tasks while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

BCAT or RBT credential must be obtained within 90 days from start date.
Bachelor’s degree with ABA units and relevant experience, or Master’s with applicable experience.
Experience designing/implementing behavior modification interventions.
Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Represent CARD professionally to stakeholders.
Provide supervision of cases and Behavior Technicians under the CARD Supervisor.
Provide clinical feedback through training, meetings and data review.
Report progress to Clinical Supervisors and assist with action plans.
Conduct caregiver collaboration meetings and assist with FBAs and BIPs.
Assist with training new staff and provide direct treatment as needed.
Maintain HIPAA compliance across all settings.
