Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking an Assistant Supervisor PT to support treatment programs for patients with Autism Spectrum Disorders. You will supervise Behavior Technicians under a Clinical Supervisor, help with data collection, and assist with program updates in center, home, or community settings.

This role requires BCAT or RBT credential within 90 days, a Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework or related experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential to be obtained within 90 days from start date.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year experience OR 2 years’ experience with a bachelor’s OR a master’s degree with relevant experience.
• Experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification interventions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians under CARD Clinical Supervisor guidance.
• Provide clinical feedback and monitor patient progress and plan action steps.
