Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Chandler, AZ is seeking motivated professionals for the Assistant Supervisor PT role. You will directly implement CARD treatment programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, and collect data under Clinical Supervisors in multiple settings including the CARD center, homes, and community.

You will support program design, ensure HIPAA compliance, participate in training, and help with administrative duties.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year experience OR 2 years experience OR Master's.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cases and Behavior Technicians under CARD Clinical Supervisor.
• Provide clinical feedback during training, data review, and team meetings.
• Report patient progress to Clinical Supervisors and assist with action plans.
• Assist with Caregiver Collaboration meetings and with FBA/BIP processes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance across all settings.
• Train new staff and contribute to program updates and lesson materials.
