Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a part‑time Assistant Supervisor to join our ABA team. You will supervise and support Behavior Technicians under the CARD Clinical Supervisor, oversee data collection, and help implement individualized treatment programs for patients with autism.

Under the guidance of Clinical Supervisors, you will ensure high‑quality treatment, maintain HIPAA compliance, and participate in ongoing staff training and program

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential to be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year experience or 2+ years experience or Master’s degree with relevant experience.
• Experience designing and/or implementing ABA intervention services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cases and Behavior Technicians under CARD Clinical Supervisor guidance.
• Provide clinical feedback through training, meetings, and data review.
• Report patient progress to Clinical Supervisors and assist with action plans.
• Conduct caregiver collaboration meetings and assist with FBA/BIP processes.
• Assist with training new staff and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Deliver direct treatment as needed and support program updates and lesson notes.
