Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Assistant Supervisor PT to implement CARD treatment programs under supervision. Work onsite across CARD centers, homes, and communities, supervising Behavior Technicians and ensuring data collection for ABA procedures.

Requirements include BCAT or RBT credential (within 90 days), a relevant bachelor’s degree with ABA units or equivalent experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential required within 90 days of start date
• Bachelor’s Degree with ABA units and related experience or higher
• Experience in designing/implementing behavior modification interventions

Responsibilities

• Represent CARD professionally to stakeholders.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians under CARD supervisor.
• Provide clinical feedback through training, meetings, and data reviews.
• Report progress to Clinical Supervisors and assist with troubleshooting.
• Conduct caregiver collaboration meetings and assist with FBAs and BIPs.
• Update lesson materials and maintain documentation.
• Train new staff and provide direct treatment when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and participate in trainings.
