As a Specialist, Customer Success, you will manage midsize and large district accounts, drive adoption, and build strong partnerships that support long-term retention and renewal. Remote-friendly role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience using assessment data to impact student outcomes at district level.
• Customer success mindset with cross-team collaboration.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate with customers in a world-class manner.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop a partner-specific Success Plan with clear milestones.
• Lead onboarding activities before go live and coordinate with Pearson teams.
• Monitor account health using data and drive adoption and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure a seamless journey.
• Translate usage data into actionable insights for partners and scale processes.
