Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Customer Success to manage a portfolio of midsize and large school districts, guiding implementation, adoption, and ongoing value across PALS products.

You will cultivate strong partnerships, monitor health, and drive renewal outcomes while contributing to scalable customer success processes within a remote-first framework. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech, Customer Success and/or K-12 education preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with districts and schools.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Success Plan for each partner with clear milestones.
• Facilitate onboarding activities prior to go live and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Monitor account health, drive product adoption, and reduce churn with data-driven reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Professional Development, and Support to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Connect product usage to business impact and provide actionable insights for partners.
