Responsibilities include greeting visitors, processing reservations, answering inquiries, collecting fees, and maintaining accurate revenue and attendance records.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Suite proficiency, including Outlook.
• Customer service training and experience.
• Ability to manage high volumes of phone and in-person inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Register campers and address reservation issues.
• Provide phone coverage and field complaints.
• Collect fees and sell State Park Passes and park merchandise.
• Operate toll booth and perform daily fiscal reports.
• Compile and submit revenue and attendance reports.
