• Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries by phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Register campers and address reservation issues.
• Provide phone coverage and field complaints.
• Collect fees and sell Park Passes and merchandise.
• Operate toll booth and complete daily revenue and attendance reports.
• Perform on-site duties at Swartswood State Park in Newton, NJ.
