Qualifications

• Front-line and behind the scenes customer and other support services.
• Provides information to customers regarding department programs and services.
• Handles clerical duties and reference information for park visitors.

Responsibilities

• Register campers and address reservation issues.
• Provide phone coverage and field complaints.
• Collect fees, sell State Park Passes and park merchandise.
• Operate toll booth and perform daily revenue and attendance reports.
