SP+ Parking Solutions in Honolulu, HI is hiring a Mobility Specialist (non-driving) to serve as the face of our technology-driven parking experience. You will assist customers with Metropolis parking tech and enrollment while delivering courteous service.

The role requires stamina to stand and walk, strong customer service, and comfort with iPad/phone devices. Schedule includes Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 12:45 PM–9:15 PM; compensation $17–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android devices).
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Promote positive customer relationships by consistently delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization.
• Issue parking violations in accordance with company policies.
• Document violations using company-provided mobile devices, including photo documentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots, garages, and common areas.
• Identify and report debris, spills, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Sweep floors, collect trash, and empty trash receptacles as needed.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including cleaning, washing, oil changes, and minor upkeep.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Observe all safety protocols at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
