Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Mobility Specialist (non-driving) to serve as the face of our technology-driven parking experience in Honolulu. The position requires standing and walking, with the schedule Saturday to Thursday, 12:45 PM – 9:15 PM, and a pay rate of $17.00–$18.00 per hour.

You will assist guests, educate them on Metropolis parking technology, and ensure courteous, professional service in a fast-paced environment. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android devices).
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Promote positive customer relationships by consistently delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization.
