Metropolis Parking is seeking a Mobility Specialist in Orlando to be the face of our technology-driven parking experience. You will assist guests, enroll them in Metropolis’ parking technology, and deliver courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires stamina and a strong customer-first mindset. The position offers $18.00 per hour, opportunities for growth as our platform expands, and will involve patrolling lots, documenting violations, and keeping facilities clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Comfortable using mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, Android).
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team.
• Reliable, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Promote positive customer relationships by delivering excellent service.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns with courtesy.
• Patrol lots/garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization.
• Issue parking violations per company policies and document with mobile devices.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and report hazards or maintenance issues.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks and assist with minor upkeep when needed.
• Work both independently and as part of a team, following safety protocols.
