Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Mobility Specialist Driver to be the front-line representative of our technology-driven parking experience. You will assist guests, educate them on our parking tech, and ensure a courteous, efficient experience across lots and garages.

We value reliability and strong communication. This role requires physical stamina, outdoor work in all weather, and flexibility to cover varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Comfortable using mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, Android).
• Able to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages with professional service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist enrollment.
• Promote positive relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol assigned lots/garages and identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization.
• Document violations and maintain cleanliness of parking areas.
• Identify and report hazards or maintenance issues promptly.
