Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring a Mobility Specialist to be the face of our technology-driven parking experience. You will greet guests, assist with enrollment in Metropolis parking tech, and ensure courteous service across busy lots and garages.

This role requires stamina, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team, including weekend and evening shifts; safety and policy compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation is essential.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android).
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and teammates.
• Reliable, adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment.
• Promote positive relationships by delivering excellent service.
• Respond to questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol lots/garages to identify improper payments or authorizations.
• Document violations using mobile devices and photos.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and report hazards.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work independently and with the team; follow safety protocols.
