Qualifications

• BA/BS with at least 2 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Two years of experience in field operations (security, event management, parking, or related) with at least one year in supervision.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to machine and equipment issues; perform daily tours of staffed parking facilities.
• Check operation of all equipment onsite including automated pay machines.
• Respond to reports and troubleshoot potential malfunctions.
• Report malfunctions and issues that cannot be solved.
• Greet attendants on site; assess performance and promote communication; provide on-the-spot training as needed.
• Monitor PARCS and other tech to ensure smooth operations; coordinate with supervisor.
