Qualifications

• BA/BS with at least 2 years of experience or a combination of education and work experience to equal six years.
• Two years of field operations experience with at least one year in supervision.
• A valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to machine and equipment issues and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Supervise parking attendants, schedule hours, and train staff.
• Determine parking usage using PARCS and adjust staffing as needed.
• Provide customer service to patrons and resolve issues.
• Assist with other parking functions as needed.
