Responsibilities

• Manage campus parking compliance responsibilities and supervise shift staff.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to field staff; set work assignments and schedules.
• Interpret parking rules and disseminate information to staff; respond to questions.
• Conduct staff meetings, training, and safety sessions; act as first point of contact for customers.
• Handle personnel functions such as safety, diversity, corrective action, and performance management.
