• Process and analyze parking contracts and credentials.
• Respond to customer billing questions and provide financial analysis.
• Maintain PARCS space data and monitor video systems in parking facilities.
• Train and supervise student staff and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Execute coordination of operations to ensure timely repairs and issue resolution.
