• Operate computerized cash register and collect fees and parking tickets.
• Monitor and control parking for efficient space utilization.
• Report problems to parking personnel and handle minor complaints.
• Answer questions about pay machines and explain policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate initiative and assist team members as needed.
• Work safely in interior and exterior environments within campus parking areas.
• Write and speak clearly; monitor sound/video systems as required.
