SP+ is seeking an on-site Location Attendant in Atlanta, GA. Join a large parking network and support daily operations, client relations, and customer service at a location managed under contractual guidelines.

You will assist with maintenance, safety, and general tasks while ensuring a professional image and adherence to policies. This role requires basic education and a readiness to handle various duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and minimal month related experience or training.
• Oral communication: Speaks clearly; listens and asks clarifying questions.
• Written communication: Writes clearly and informatively and can interpret written information.
• Customer service: Maintains a positive attitude and responds to requests for service.
• Adaptability: Adapts to changes and handles delays or unexpected events.
• Judgment: Exercises sound and accurate judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location to ensure parking operations meet contractual guidelines.
• Support ongoing client relations and uphold professional image.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Courteously assist customers and report incidents or safety hazards.
• Help with general maintenance tasks and cleaning as needed.
• Know all areas of the garage and major routes in the area.
• Substitute for other positions as necessary.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
