Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day management of a location within contractual guidelines and company policies.
Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
Courteously assist customers and report incidents per policy.
Know the garage layout and major streets in the area.
